The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 13                                                              
calendar (page 1384), was not taken up this legislative day:                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(RLS)                                                                                      
     "An Act relating to municipal liens; relating to service areas in                                                          
     second class boroughs; relating to a municipal tax exemption or                                                            
     deferral for economic development property; relating to a                                                                  
     municipal tax exemption for a fire protection system; and                                                                  
     providing for an effective date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HCS SB 100(RLS) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's                                                                     
calendar.
